Sour Truck specializes in sour cocktails, but what exactly are sour cocktails?
Sour cocktails belong to the old families of original cocktails and have been described in books since 1862.
Sour cocktails are cocktails with a base liqueur of lemon or lime juice and a sweetener, which can be simple syrup, and some sour cocktails also contain egg whites. Sour cocktails have many different variations, in which the name often says a lot about the type of cocktails, such as the Gin Sour, the New York Sour, Pisco Sour, the Santa Cruz Sour, and many more.
