About Sour Truck
The name of our cocktail truck says it all, we at Sour Truck are specialized in sour cocktails, but what exactly are sour cocktails? Sour cocktails are in the traditional family of mixed drinks. Sour cocktails belong to one of the old families of original cocktails and have been described in books since 1862. Sour cocktails are mixed drinks with a base liqueur of lemon or lime juice and a sweetener, which can simply be simple syrup, furthermore egg white is included in some sour cocktails. Sour cocktails have many different variations, in which the name often says a lot about the type of cocktails, think of the Gin Sour, the New York Sour, Pisco Sour, the Santa Cruz Sour, and many more. In addition to Sour cocktails, we also offer other cocktails in the Sour Truck.
