The Truck
The name of our mobile cocktail bar says it all, we at Sour Truck specialize in sour cocktails, but what exactly are sour cocktails? Sour cocktails are in the traditional family of mixed drinks. Sour cocktails belong to one of the old families of original cocktails and have been described in books since 1862. Sour cocktails are mixed drinks with a base liquor of lemon or lime juice and a sweetener, which can be just simple syrup, further, egg white is included in some sour cocktails. Sour cocktails have many different variations, in which the name often says a lot about the type of cocktails, think of the Gin Sour, the New York Sour, Pisco Sour, the Santa Cruz Sour, and many more.
